πέμψω δ’ ἐς Σπάρτην τε καὶ ἐς Πύλον ἠμαθόεντα
νόστον πευσόμενον πατρὸς φίλου, ἤν που ἀκούσῃ,

I will send him to Sparta and sandy Pylos, to find out about the return of his dear father, in the hope that he will hear about it somehow.
